Returns + Exchanges
We get it, sometimes your purchase doesn’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Please note the following conditions:
- First things first, please send us an email at:firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Returns must be made within ten (10) business days of delivery.
- Once you have received your purchase, if they appear to be damaged or unable to be worn, please contact us immediately.
- The returned item(s) must be in there original condition, unworn or unused, smoke/fragrance free, and should have original tags and product documentation.
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping of the item(s).
- Once we receive the returned item(s), a refund or store credit will be issued upon completion of a package inspection. NOTE: customers will not be refunded the initial shipping costs.
- If, by chance, you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will not be able to cancel the order once a shipping confirmation is sent to you.
